So far I have only experienced one side effect maybe two. The first was feeling like I had been hit by a Mack truck, the second I am watching closely because there is a potential for diarrhea, so far it has just been softer stools. I was told to watch out for bruising and of course I banged my leg after work yesterday and the other thing I am half expecting is to lose my hair and that is also referenced in the paper work on these drugs.

The scan results are in and now I know why I have the liver pain. I should have realized that the news wouldn't be good, I have more mets to the liver. God, is still in control. I need to be aware that no matter what is happening. Lord, encourage me and give me the strength for the appointment coming on Tuesday and to face any new treatments I will be going through.

I'm not sure if what I am feeling is cancer related or not, but you know how it is every little thing or pain and immediately you are thinking more or worse mets. That has been how my week has been and if I am honest with myself I will admit I am scared. This pain started late Monday evening after work and has not really subsided even with

I should have posted this in January after I finished the chemo and had the last CT scan. The liver mets are gone and the bone mets were radiated to help control the pain. I was able to cut back some on the pain meds which I think is a good thing. I have also started back to work this week. WooHoo I'm doing well. This goes to show how much power there is in prayer. Without it I don't think I would be doing as well. Thanks to everyone who prayed.

Yesterday's chemo went well, No real nausea but some minor queasiness but otherwise OK. Today was different. I had the CT scan as scheduled and to accompany that afterward was some nausea and fatigue. I went to oncology for some Zofran and fluids which helped stop the nausea,. Lunch was provided as well which was a good thing.
I may or may not need more Zodran tonight I'll see how UI am feeling latter. Enough of my rambling, thanks for listening, Love Lana
