Herceptin® (Trastuzumab)
The Herceptin® (Trastuzumab) is manufactured by Genentech Inc., and a first drug to be humanized antibody approved to treat HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. It treats cancer cells by attaching itself to a cancer cell and notifying body's defense systems to target the mutations. It may also stop the cancer cells from mitosis (multiplying and dividing).

Iressa®

The Iressa, also known as Gefitnib is produced by Anglo-Swedish company, AstraZeneca. It is still being investigated as a cancer treatment for head, neck, and breast cancers but especially for the lung cancer. Its mostly prescribed as a last defense against metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The Iressa works by stopping the spread and also the growth of cancer by activating the enzyme tyrosine kinase to shrink the size of the tumor.

Fluorouracil (5FU)

Fluorouracil is a chemotherapy drug for treatments for various types of cancers such as colon, bowel, breast, stomach, gullet, and pancreas cancers but also available in a form of a cream to treat skin cancer. It has been used for past 40 years to fight against cancers.
